[samsungmobile] Update EOL statuses for 4+ year old devices (#4235)

All Samsung devices that are currently 4+ years old will no longer receive security updates, as can be seen by comparing the current version of https://security.samsungmobile.com/workScope.smsb with a version from last quarter (e.g. https://web.archive.org/web/20230905171550/https://security.samsungmobile.com/workScope.smsb).
