Shift-Removal flagged as probably being Spam by rspamd

We are using rspamd for mail evaluation and it has flagged most of the engelsystems mails as spam. The reasons are as seen in the following raw mail, I've since added it to the bayes ham filter, but I thought you should know in case it's some of the things you can and want fixed.

This is strongly related to the mail configuration and should be solved by the admin.
Engelsystem uses swiftmailer now, which sends quite good mails regarding headers etc.
