Replace ProseMirror with Lexical.

In the right dock, enable plugins for markdown.

The editor for component comments should only allow plain text.

Progress: Implemented initial Lexical integration. It should be finished by 2024-05-15.

Next Day: Next day I will be working on the #9935 task. Adding requested features to editor.

Progress: Removed lexical-vue because it's a performance obstacle. Started on #9210. It should be finished by 2024-05-15.

Next Day: Next day I will be working on the #9210 task. Continue extending/integrating lexical.
