Fields don't appear in forms and cause error on front end (Craft 3.5)

When editing a form there are no fields in the form, and I can't add any (Not that I want to, or had any in the form!):

But also this causes an error on the front end:

Hi @bymayo we just released Stripe Payments v3.0.2 with a fix to this issue. This issue is related to #121 related issues when the project config is enabled.

Please follow the next instructions:

• remove the next folders config/project, storage/config/config-deltas and storage/config/runtime
• Uninstall the plugin
• Update the plugin
• Install the plugin again
