[Attachments] Manage attachments: folders always stay in search results

What happened?

1. Open Manage attachments pop-up (click on Clip icon in conversation panel)
2. Create there several folders and upload some files
3. Type search_string = QWERTY -> note that nothing is found for files (ok), but all folders remain on the screen -> bug

Expected result: Folders should stay is search result only if there is any found file inside (folder should expand automatically);
No 'No results found' label (#1333)
