Change the default unit of measurement in settings to pt

Background
Currently, almost all settings that require number input have a default unit of measurement in px. Preferred unit of measurement in ACS style is pt.

Solution
All old and new settings (Related issue: #5152) (except "Rotation Step, º" and "Bond spacing") that require a number input should have the default unit of measurement changed to pt.
