I'm sorry for the poor PR description. The typo change is the missing "d" in "used" here:

In the following section we give an overview of the simple use case for epinow and regional_epinow. estimate_infections() can be use on its own to infer the underlying infection case curve from reported cases and estimate Rt.

Staring at it could not see the typo (which I suppose makes sense given it was mine to start with). Reopened and merging.
