Update UK regional data to include deaths, hospital admissions, cases, testing:

I'm currently setting that up - will come back here once that's working, then we can tweak the integration

@kathsherratt @seabbs I've just opened PR #51 with the initial script that does this, but as I said I have no idea what your pipeline structure is, so you'll likely need to tweak file location & naming
