Initial script to extract publicly available uk hospital data

Running this script will extract daily admissions, hospital prevalence, and icu prevalence, for all England NHS regions, as well as England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland

I'm not sure what your pipeline structure is so feel free to adjust the naming etc...

Note they're using an API, so there might be a much nicer way to fetch all of this

I've only extracted hospitalizations data, but the url structure is identical for other data types on the website (deaths, cases & testing), so could add that in too if needed!

Thanks so much for this @qleclerc . I have been looking at this but paused work until Tuesday 4th, when it looks like they are changing all the current urls and making things a bit easier to download. See link.
