  • Structure
  • Only rules have report flag, not rule all
  • Environments and annotation files are exported and put in report (by cp) ie make env_export.smk rule
  • Projectname_atacseq
  • Adapt result folder structure to Pareto standard
  • go through MR.PARETO checklist
