  • remove cemm slurm profile from repo
  • Remove all redundant downstream analyses
    • unsupervised analysis
    • split
    • region filter
    • HRV selection
    • normalization
    • var mean plots
  • Remove singularity and dockerfile
  • adapt and reduce documentation ie no redundancy to MR.PARETO docs
    • refer to spilterlize and other modules for downstream analysis
  • Adapt workflow catalog yaml (remove Singularity)
