Hello, thanks! I'm currently using this charm to set up some runners in a self-hosted Gitlab instance. Currently deploying some runners with Docker and LXD executor. |

Hello,
The purpose of this PR is to update the upstream sources from which the gitlab runner .deb is retrieved, according to official gitlab documentation. It also adds a config param to set up the architecture of the .deb.
