...Why many of them change they widht and height???
I change the using a full-screen terminal....

I don't know; I assumed you edited by hand and didn't update it.
However, in the alpha version the installer fixes that when building the package,
so we can ignore it for now, but I takes some time to do so for all ponies.

Remmember that my screen is a 1024x600 and 144x45, I use ./ponysay-tool.py --edit ./ponydir/somepony.pony

I sure that the max heidh and widht of the therminal is used and not the real

The dimension of your terminal should not effect the value in width or height.

group name is meant to name all the ponies in one image, if there is only
one it is not ment to be used. You put wildlife one many of them, and that
is almost the same thing as animal.

and put mane on group, or background on group or voice on group, or deuteragonist on group...hey, I not see an use for Group name
the most close is animal or pony but already animal is on group
