There's a few outstanding PRs I'd like to resolve before cutting 3.1 -- 3.0.0...master is what we'd have right now. There's almost nothing there for now. |

I'm +1 on switching from nightlies to stable. |

It has the shell fix and path fix. Should at least do a 3.0.1. |

With this change we can update the website to have the stable version number of the download. I think we don't need 'nightly' and people who need that can build from source.
I think we are also due for a 3.1.0 release, right?
