This package includes sql.h file which is required to compile eodbc Somehow it stopped being installed when creating the builder container

I think we can merge this PR already - the jobs which are meaningful for the changes are already green on Travis and the rest can't have changed. This way we'll unblock any outstanding PRs which now have to be rebased. |
