I've received a list from @fulldecent

TOPICS WILL CARES ABOUT FOR CAT HERDERS:

  • Add mission statement Add mission statement ethereum/EIPs#1128
  • Rewrite README.md and index.html with a focus on our audience of builders and end users (I will create PR if somebody that cares about this can call me briefly)
  • Increase accountability of core EIPs
  • Increase interaction (RSS, email list (yes really))
  • Recommend a specific place for discussion that are off topic of EIP repo
  • Provide platform for EIP discussions, disallow official discussions outside of our platform (avoid link rot)
