This PR aims to generally improve the usefulness of the entry-level documentation for the wiki. I've added a screenshot to the README to make it easier for people to see the Wiki tab if they're unfamiliar with it. I've also re-written the issue template to make it clearer that this really probably isn't the right place for anyone's issues (unless they know what they're doing).
