This is a pre-release of our version 1.0 scanner and offline signing apps (EthOffline) and (EthScanner).

The offline signer app is meant to create transactions on an offline computer while the scanner app is meant to scan the address and signed Ethereum transaction the offline app prompts.

EthScanner is available at https://ethjs.github.io/scanner for Android/PC on Chrome/FireFox.
