non statistical population csv files should not be used as input as the atomic data file #1

csv files may be left over from code v1 and is not compatible or read in correctly. Cannot be certain the correct linear/circular polarised fractions are output using the csv file. Use the .dat files provided which contain the non statistical populations calculated using the collisional radiative model by M.F. Gu, J. Phys. B 41 (2008) pp.095701

Perhaps we could include weights as calculated by E. Delabie - Consistency of atomic data for the interpretation of beam emission spectra (2010). Could be pertinent for MAST modelling
