Unable to get rid of yandex disk file transfer plugin.

When I'm trying to disable unwanted plugins I'm not going to use after installing qutim 0.3, yandex disk file transfer plugin still keeps loaded, no matter how I disable it, etc. Since I don't have yandex account, this is exceptionally annoying as it adds extra menu entry to frequently used menu, which is not going to work, ever. This is really annoying, granted the fact Ubuntu packaging does not allows to install individual plugins.
