Add setting to define app orientation (mainly landscape)

Preliminaries

Especially for larger events with multiple parallel tracks, the vertical orientation (showing one track only) is not really helpful.
Horizontal mode is way more helpful as it gives a nice overview what is happening in parallel.

Current state

Device orientation setting / sensor is used to determine app orientation.

Target state

Adding a setting to fix the orientation of EventFahrplan to horizontal (overriding device settings).

@dennisguse Thank you for this idea. I actually do not know if that is possible. I never heard of it before. I will check. If you have references on how to implement this feel free to add them here.
