hero4: Add recovery payload file

When performing H4 recovery, the stock firmware is too big
to load over USB within a reasonable amount of time. So,
add a pre-packed payload file that the user can copy onto
their sdcard (and leave in the camera) for use during the
recovery operation. This payload contains an unpacked
version of the Hero4 v3.00 firmware files, a compatible PTB
image, and a shell script that automatically erases and
reflashes NAND (up to but not including the Calibration
partition).

hi , how to do the flash ..
currently my camera after update having big freezes ...
the problem is 1st time update firmware , show fail .. i have to turn off the camera and update again . after 2nd time update successful . turn on the camera after 5-8 sec get freezes cant control anything . tried many solution from web but problem still persist . i suspected is the firmware update issue . can I use this to reflash my firmware ?

Yes , I tried on the power with SD or without SD card still having the same issue .....
