Add test dataset for modules CCS, isoseq3 refine and isoseq3 cluster

I would like to add a test datasets for the modules isoseq3 refine and isoseq3 cluster I'm working on.
I also included a new set of reports for the module ccs (Updated from 5.0.0 to 6.2.0)

Thanks! It's generally good practice to include a version number subfolder even if there's only one version (isoseq3), but happy to leave that for now - can add it at a later date / in another PR if you fancy it.
