'icinga::version' when no version is specified. #12

The variable 'icinga::version' used in icinga.cfg.erb for conditioning, does not work properly when version is not specified.

Should a fact be created on the client to pull the installed version and base the conditioning on that fact result?

I removed the references to the version, as they referred to Nagios
