Support Delete/Disable an Employee (Admin)

From Wyn - If there is unique UI state that could happen when disabled like grayed out CRUD functionality, that could be a nice addition to the app that could look great in challenges. Otherwise, just deleting is ok for now.

We're going to meet with the TCP-Java team to see what kind of a lift this might be. There are definitely UI state features we could do for disabled users/employees that would be neat:

• Only show disabled employees in Data Table for admin users
• Extra filters for Admins on disabled state
• Grey background on their entry in the Data Table to indicate they're disabled
• Swap "Disable/Delete" button for a "Reenable" button (different color)
• Hide "Edit" button for disabled employees
