Show information about iDevice being modified/deleted

When editing an iDevice, eXe shows the options that can be configured/changed. However, it doesn't show the name/type of the iDevice being edited.

Showing the name/type would help users learn about the available iDevices when editing elp files from other teachers.

The same applies to deleting an iDevice. Plus, the user would make sure they delete the iDevice they wanted to delete.

The name of the current iDevice is in the SELECT element.
We'll include the name of the iDevice in the dialog to confirm before deleting it.
The iDevice editor won't be part of eXe in the future.
