Topics: what is hello-world about?

In preparation for the launch of the Exercism redesign, we need to decide what topics to list for hello-world.
See #61 for context.

What topics would you say that hello-world touches upon?

We changed hello world to be just about outputting a hard-coded string to the terminal, since the original exercise was devilishly difficult if your experience with Bash is limited.

So right now I would kind of say that Hello World is about echoing to standard out... but we might even just leave the topics for this one empty.

I think stdout is a good choice, the only other topic I could think of adding is possibly strings?
