And making the system consistent across files.
Chose not to include stub function definitions because, as the example file shows, this could be done with classes and accessor methods. Providing stub functions would drive the student to a particular solution instead of leaving the solution up to them.

This includes at least the
defpackageceremony needed.This also prompted cleanup of the same code in the example file and test file for consistency.
I do not intend to merge this pull request until it has some review by other eyes and discussion in #20 (about the style of the starting code) is concluded.
Also - squashing all these commits into one big commit might be desirable.
