complex-numbers: Add exp property from canonical data

Since I had trouble to implement said function for my own track, I wanted to sneak peak here, but its not implemented here…

I finally got it fixed for erlang (in fact my tests were wrong, not the function ;)).

Task:

• Add new tests
  • Ensure that the exp tests from https://github.com/exercism/problem-specifications/blob/master/exercises/complex-numbers/canonical-data.json are present in https://github.com/exercism/haskell/tree/master/exercises/complex-numbers/test
  • Increment the last component of the version number in https://github.com/exercism/haskell/blob/master/exercises/complex-numbers/package.yaml
  • Add exp to stub https://github.com/exercism/haskell/blob/master/exercises/complex-numbers/src/ComplexNumbers.hs so that students will be able to see it when working on the exercise.
  • Add exp to the example https://github.com/exercism/haskell/blob/master/exercises/complex-numbers/examples/success-standard/src/ComplexNumbers.hs so that the example can verify the tests are correct.
• OR explain the reason why the exp tests are not a good fit for the Haskell track

@NobbZ When I implemented this exercise I thought that the exp function didn't fit too nicely, but you can implement it if you want, obviously

I will prefer to add exp, unless someone convince me that it should remain gone (for example, elaborate on the reason why it doesn't fit)
