🤖 Update test runner status #297

As this track has a working test runner, the status.test_runner property is set to true. Closes #274

Edit: as expected, it looks like it doesn't give extra rep.

But, by the way, if merging is worth 1 rep, and a review is worth 5 rep... is it deliberate that a merge without a review is worth 5 rep rather than 6?
