Our current ABOUT has the design principles of Rust and explains the crates ecosystem, two good points to have.

Next we'd like to explain what kinds of projects one might use Rust for/people are already using Rust for, and why it might be interesting to learn. This arises from discussion in #58

Fixes exercism#88

The Awesome Rust is a well-maintained and wide-ranging list of Rust
projects. Instead of calling out specific projects in the About.md, it
made sense to link to this list.

I didn't mention the "complier has your back" sentiment from exercism#58, but I
did try to get to the same place by saying that all Rust code will be
memory safe & fast.
