Matthew: what would be the license for this code?

The current plan is to dual-license the code: a GPL license will be available, with a commerce-friendly license available for a fee.

My main "venture" at the moment is a suite of fast NLP tools: http://honnibal.github.io/spaCy . This library is the learner driving these tools.

I'm planning to price commercial licenses to spaCy at $5000 (once off, flat fee). So, a commercial license to thinc will cost something less than that.

(btw, spaCy is still pre-release, and the notes there are rough. But, the performance table should be about right.)
