Displays a loading indicator and message until the application has loaded fully. Removed onReady.
1) Add the following to your main HTML file - before any JavaScript includes:

2) Copy assets from the plugin’s public directory to the application’s public directory
3) Add these lines inside the ext-mvc-plugins div to include the js files:
