Description

Add "ezsystems/ezplatform-i18n" composer file so we can install this on require-dev for ezplatform to sync the source folder.

We may want to clear out if we want to package this one as well (the full list of translations) or not, and adapt the description.

Maybe elaborate a bit, to make it clear that this is NOT what you would install to actually get translations.

Or is it ? If you want a lot of languages, would you install this one instead of the individual language packages ?

@bdunogier no this is for developement only if you want to add new translation strings to the source folder.

There is more details in the readme.

I'll update to : "Meta repository to store every eZ Platform translations. This should be used during development to ease synchronization with Crowdin. SHOULD NOT BE USED IN PRODUCTION",
