It looks like the core textarea dropped the
k-toolbar-buttonswrapper in Kirby 4. This is the reason why the toolbar buttons are displayed vertically:Dropping this wrapper worked just fine. I haven't noticed any other breaking changes yet but if I do I'll try to add a fix to this PR.
