Hit area calculation has issues with a line that doubles back over itself #1429

As reported in Slack by @mxxcon

Did rapid change how benches mapped as ways are rendered and handled? I can't seem to select it by clicking on the way. Only by clicking on only 1 of the 2 nodes. for example way 1283059600

Although this bench looks like a normal linear way A-B, it's really a closed way that doubles back over itself like A-B-A.
nodes = [n11905525452, n11905525453, n11905525452]

This seems to be messing up the calculated hit area, making it really hard to select the way by clicking on it.
Even though it's not really mapped correctly, it should be clickable.
