Customizing Service worker in version 4

I am migrating my project from 3. to 4.

i have question about self.__WB_MANIFEST variable.

1. How to log contents of this variable.
2. Can I add elements to this variable presuming this is and array.

Please Ignore this as I have figured it out. In fact after further experimention I feel that default public/serviceworker.js fulfills my requirements of precaching.

Great work providing that file which fulfills most of the PWA requirements.
