Yeah. Need to prepare for the goo.gl service shutdown as well. I think this is great and we could try to replace the links with a service that lets us change the target destination. |

We have four bit.ly links in our template that point to the old README. We can't change these links so this adds placeholders to the README that refer user's to the correct location in the new docs.
