Summary: LDB is frequently used to exam data copied. wal_dir in option file is not modified and it usually points to the path it copied from.
The user experience will be better if when ldb sees wal_dir pointed by the option file doesn't exist, rather than fail, just ignore it.

Test Plan: Manually use ldb to open a DB with option file points wal_dir to a non-existing path

LGTM.
Maybe in the printed message, we remind the user that some most recent WAL-enabled writes before a crash cannot be recovered because WAL is missing, and advise them to copy the WAL if they want to examine the most update-to-date state of the DB?
