Grow your business with Official Facebook Pixel! This plugin will install a Facebook Pixel on your Joomla site, detect and fire pixel events automatically! The Official Facebook Pixel supports firing "PageView" event and down-funnel event like "Lead" event when user visits your website and fills the Joomla contact form. There is also built-in support for another Joomla plugin - J2Store Shopping Cart to allow you to fire lower funnel events: ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase. Tracking the down-funnel event can help you understand the actions people are taking on your websites. You can then use this information to make adjustments accordingly in your advertising campaigns.
Official Facebook Pixel requires:
- Joomla 3.X
- PHP 5.6 or greater
Clone this repo with the following command:
Run $ git clone https://github.com/facebookincubator/Facebook-Pixel-for-Joomla.git.
Initiate the development environment:
- Install Composer (https://getcomposer.org/download/).
- Run the command to install the necessary packages:
$ composer install.
Build the project and create .zip file:
Run $ vendor/bin/phing.
