As per @zpao 's statements in #408 and @andrewmclagan 's comment, add a notice at the top of the README (or, even better, on the official documentation page) that this project is not currently officially/actively maintained.

That way developers can make informed decisions when assessing whether to use this tool without having to dig through various Stack Overflow posts, etc.

Would be great if they could also point to the fixed-data-table-2 forked repo.
