This PR adds additional steps to the downloader script to fully encapsulate all necessary files for using the Replica dataset with AI Habitat to alleviate the burden of additional steps for Habitat users.
New files including Habitat config JSONs and binary geometry metadata are automatically merged into the existing dataset directories.
The new downloader workflow was tested and verified locally.
