Updated Coin Flipping tutorial with BMGInference example and include …

This tutorial is one of three tutorials where we have a model that is fully supported by BMGInference. To reflect this in the tutorial, this diff adds a small section at the end to show how to use BMGInference. To provide a reference point, we start with applying BM.NMC to this example to give an idea of the runtime gain.
