Zigate+ not working after update to v3.A0

Hello, i updated my zigate+ firmware today to version 3.A0 from february 2023 (i made a backup first then the firmware update) the update was executed successfully but now my zigate is no more working.
the dongle is no more recognized on my computer, the blue led stay off on the dongle, the dongle is not listed in the windows device and peripherals.
I tested it on my windows 10 PC, on a windows 11 PC, on jeedom machine andalways the same, the device don't work.

Any idea on what i can do to fix the issue?
