Combine the goodness of Greengenes and Silva into a single microbial database.
Specifically, the entirety of Greengenes (Bacteria and Archaea) and the eukaryal portion of Silva will be combined into: a FASTA file with the representative sequences, and a tab-delimited file containing the taxonomic data.
To install, type:
