Apologies for the delay. We're trying to decide whether this should be bound to locale choice or a profile preference instead of a requirement to nominate 24H or 12H for every time formtool. |

I have added ftTimeNotationType, it defaults to 12h so nothing should change for existing projects. Also added example for 24h and did some cleanup (indenting and changed the ft*-attributes in examples to headlessCamelCase).
