Minor enhancement request that would make my life easier... :-)

Generally when I go to the "Manage Farms" page, the first thing I do is set the "Rows per page" to "All" so that I can quickly find a farm that I'm looking for (either by name (#93), or to find one that just sent me an oauth error so I can refresh it manually (#91)).
