Together with a26f246, which was merged into
mainwith #81, these changes will bring greater stability to the subrequests API, resolving #71 and allowing it to be used reliably in downstream applications such as Field Kit and the Coffee Shop. I also intend to provide a$createManycommand or similar to resolve #76.
