Changing date does not update mapped location in animal move quick form

A minor bug remains after fixing some issues with the animal move quick form in #361

Updating the date field at the top of the animal move quick form does not trigger an AJAX update of the map. Thus, if a user were to enter a date, then enter an animal/group (which DOES trigger the AJAX), and then GO BACK and change the date, the map will not show the correct "current location" of the animal (where they were at the date selected).

Ultimately it was just an issue with the way the Date Select dropdowns work with Drupal AJAX and the Bootstrap theme. Described in detail in this comment: #361 (comment)

In normal use, this shouldn't cause major issues, so it was split out to its own issue to allow the rest of the fixes to be merged.
