Opt out of "Waiting for App Store Connect to finish processing..."

The background:
My CI/CD costs by minutes. My recent experience is it took 4 hours to finish Waiting for App Store Connect to finish processing the new build (1.0.0 - 10) for IOS. (Normally, it's done within 5 minutes). 4 hours is a big amount of money.

Is there an option and we can bypass this check? TestFlight does not work well all the time.
